Lotti Walters

(Prof. Dip. Psy C)

Charlotte is a qualified counsellor, hypnotherapist and Holy Fire III® Reiki Master. After 15 years working with people worldwide in the travel industry, Charlotte decided that she wanted to be able to use her communication and connection skills in a deeper and more therapeutic manner to help people. Charlotte is an integrative therapist with a person-centred foundation underlying her approach. She is very aware how creating safe space and a strong therapeutic relationship is intrinsic to facilitating people’s self-exploration. Charlotte tailors each session to the individual needs of the client, working with a non-judgemental and empathic attitude to create a relaxed and secure environment.

Charlotte is engaged in regular reflective practice and enjoys expanding her learning through a variety of CPD courses. In her own life, she values meditation and mindfulness practices as being a key part of taking care of her physical and mental well-being. Charlotte’s counselling experience also includes voluntary counselling work with young people affected by domestic abuse, and with people in addiction recovery.

Charlotte works with older children (13+) and adults. She has experience working with stress, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, domestic abuse, relationships, sexuality, grief/loss, behavioural issues and addiction/alcoholism.

As a Reiki Master, Charlotte co-facilitates The Connection Project’s Reiki training as well as offering individual Reiki sessions. Please see the Reiki page for more information about Reiki.

Charlotte is a registered accredited member of the National Counselling Society, and the National Hypnotherapy Society. She is fully insured and holds an enhanced DBS check.

Jules Semple

(Prof. Dip. Psy C)

Jules is a qualified therapeutic counsellor and hypnotherapist, a registered accredited member of the  National Counselling Society; adhering to their professional and ethical guidelines. She is fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS.
Her background is in health and social care for almost 30 years. She has worked in various hospitals, in residential care for young people and more recently she has supported elderly people to assist them in maintaining their independence. Jules was also fortunate enough to spend 7 years as a foster carer.

During her Counselling training, she completed my work based practice hours within an alcohol and drug addiction service. She found this to be an extremely rewarding and interesting area and she gained much understanding from the amazing clients that she worked with.

Jules is an integrative therapist, employing many different approaches to suit the need at the time and she uses a person-centred approach at the foundation of all of her practice. This means she bases all of her therapy sessions on empathy, openness and remaining non-judgemental. There will be other ways of working together that she may introduce as you get to know each other but the most important place to start is somewhere you will feel safe and relaxed enough to explore your own thoughts and feelings. Jules appreciates that everyone is an individual, hence all of her clients are treated with respect and you will work together at whatever pace is comfortable to you.
