There is so much pressure in everyday life from both internal and external factors. This often results in a build up of blockages in our emotions and energy. It’s important to feel emotion and it’s important we are able to express these feelings in a healthy and constructive, uninhibited manner, even those we may consider to be “negative".
And so we invite you to explore Creative Expression through our workshops were we aim to achieve the following:
To unblock self limiting beliefs
Self liberation and exploration
Out of the box thinking
Promotion of healing
To develop creativity
To have fun
Within these sessions we will have access to a plethora of different materials and techniques which will enable participants to truly indulge in the creative process in an environment which is safe and calm. There is no right or wrong way to express yourself, and as Bob Ross famously said; “There are no mistakes only happy accidents.”
There are many ways to express ourselves, be it through drawing, painting ,writing , dancing , acting , the possibilities are endless, allow yourself to blossom and truly tap into your creative potential.
Any creative expressions, interpretations, insights and experiences you may have had during your exploration can be shared on the Expression section of the Connection Space. The Connection Space is available at all times. Here you can connect with others in a safe and supportive manner.
