This wonderful, gentle, fun, uplifting experience of breath and movement is both an opportunity to connect with others, and most of all, a very gentle, accessible way to engage with our own bodies. This helps us to stay as active as we can, to lighten our mood, look after our wellbeing and stay connected to ourselves.
Karen would absolutely love to welcome you to join her via The Connection Project at our online Chair Yoga class. The best thing is you don’t have to leave your own home! All you need is a comfortable chair - any chair - a dining room chair, or an armchair if you prefer, an open mind and looking forward to joining Karen in some fun and very gentle movement with your breath and body. Don’t worry, you don’t even need to stand up! The class is what is says it is: Yoga on a chair! How great is that!? And best of all, there will be a lovely little guided relaxation at the end of every class for you to enjoy.
